To mark the 100th Anniversary of the outbreak of WW1, CLOS took a novel approach. Rather than putting on a concert dedicated to the tunes of the First World War, the society decided to stage MORE Dad’s Army using genuine BBC scripts of Mum’s Army and The Floral Dance – and to use the well-known characters from this classic comedy to produce a concert party tribute within the show.

Mum’s the word!

The performance was part of the Membury & Yarcombe & Chard Royal British Legion 100 Year Anniversary and members of the cast also provided the background entertainment for the Mayor’s reception on November 11th 2014 at The Guildhall.
